  • A friendly place

    While i was there, the management could of used a little improvement and they could of used a different manager. They were very nice to me but she was not very pleasant with other residents. The apartments were very nice and clean, and you totally cooked for yourself.

  • Nice option for loved ones

    This is an independant living apartment for those 55 and older. Section 8 is accepted, which was helpful. People are always around and it is a locked facility, making it feel safe; plus there is a manager on site. Her apartment is on the 3rd floor and it is pretty hot. They have pot luck dinners occasionally, and the lobby area and community room give the building a sense of community. The front and back porch areas are great too. When we moved her in, we did have to clean as it had not been done after the last tenant moved out.
