  • Very nice facility. [name removed] (executive director) was very pleasant and passionate about her work and Autumn leaves. She also spoke very highly of her staff of providers & caregivers and how passionate they were as well. I witnessed this for myself as we toured the memory care facility. The facility itself was very clean and modern (single story building). Plenty of scheduled activities for the residents, with many different options. The only drawback was that the rooms did not have a private shower. They did have a toilet and sink (1/2 bath type). This is an important item for my mother so we probably will look to another facility. Overall a very nice facility!
