This Clearwater Springs campus is conveniently located in the Pacific Northwest, which is known for its majestic coastline, green interior, and spectacular mountain views. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is a great place for you to explore! Enjoy the scenery and get out for some fresh air at Jorgenson Woods Neighborhood Park, less than a mile away from our community. The area surrounding our campus has all of your necessities close by. If your loved ones are visiting, they can stay at The Heathman Lodge, a little under seven miles away. You and your loved ones can also visit the Kiggins Theatre, only about four and a half miles away, for some cinematic entertainment. If you prefer an old-fashioned movie experience, drive-ins are nearby as well. Hazel Dell Marketplace is only half a mile away and has all of your grocery needs. Or, you can visit the farmers market and engage with local growers while taking your pick of fresh produce. History buffs can visit the Clark County Historical Museum and learn about the deep-rooted history of our city. Lohmar Hospital is only 3.8 miles away from us, and we can provide transportation services to and from appointments and in the event of an emergency.

Clearwater Springs is licensed by the state of Washington as an assisted living facility, which refers to a facility that provides assistance with daily activities, health support services, and intermittent nursing services to seven or more residents. Health support services include dementia care and mental health care.
