Clio Senior Village offers a great community for active seniors who are 55+ and want to continue an independent lifestyle. We are directly across the street from the senior center and near the Frankenmuth River Place Shops. We are also close to Crossroads Village, Auto City Speedway, and many restaurants. The Flint Cultural Center, which includes Flint Repertory Theater, The Whiting, and Flint Institute of Art, is 20 minutes from us. Lake Huron is a little less than an hour away by car. Even better, we are a pet-friendly community.
Community Amenities and Services
We have lots of fun communal spaces for you to enjoy in Clio Village. Take in a show at our movie theater, or check out a book from our library. We have a community patio and craft room, where you can spend time with your friends and neighbors.
