Compass on the Bay

Compass on the Bay and there staff have been a blessing in my mother's life and in our lives. My mother is so happy to be part of their Community. Compass just had a celebration luncheon for my mother. All her kids and spouses, aunts and uncle attended. The staff was amazing at making us all feel welcome and provided a wonderful lunch and an award plaque for my mother. She was thrilled!!! Compass always goes above and beyond to help everyone feel at home and part of the community. So blessed to have my mother at Compass. Sincerely, [Name removed]

I would not recommend Compass on the Bay for care. I recently Visited and noticed that residents were just sitting doing nothing. There were no events or any engagements going on. Management was rude when i asked what the activities for the day were. Location was nice. But im not sure for the over expensive price that i would want my mom just sitting doing nothing all day. So we will be looking at other communities.

We are very very happy with it. She struggled at first with the move, but they worked really well with her, and have been very patient. They really seem to understand the dementia population. They have plenty of activities, and they will go and get her because they know she enjoys them. The food is good, no complaints there. We like that it's smaller than a lot of others, not institutional feeling, we liked the homey environment.
