  • Our experience with Crane's View Lodge

    We have had some issues with the care, there was a point where 4 of the main caregivers were out with covid and I was not happy and there have been some communication issues. The care is just now coming back to where it was before. I do wish the staff members were more encouraging and could get my mom out and doing some more activities. Overall I recommend them with some reservations, just make sure you look into it and talk with more than 1 staff member.

    Our experience with Crane's View Lodge

The care is just now coming back to where it was before. I do wish the staff members were more encouraging and could get my mom out and doing some more activities. Overall I recommend them with some reservations, just make sure you look into it and talk with more than 1 staff member.

    We chose Crane's View Lodge because we were in a time crunch and they had availability and the price seemed to be pretty fair as well as the location. She has a private room and it is good size with a big bathroom and walk in closet, it is very wheelchair accessible. It is a beautiful place, you walk in and feel like you are in a resort. The nurses send us videos and stuff of her dancing and they always call us if anything is needed. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

    A good place to call home

    We chose Crane's View Lodge because we were in a time crunch and they had availability and the price seemed to be pretty fair as well as the location. She has a private room and it is good size with a big bathroom and walk in closet, it is very wheelchair accessible. It is a beautiful place, you walk in and feel like you are in a resort.
