  • Lack of safety measures and communication with residents

    I’m deeply concerned about security in the building and managements response as well as communication with residents about recent car break ins in garage. Active adults and seniors alike should be made aware of any activity so that they can use extra caution. My 84 year old mom was car jacked a few week ago in the garage due to lack of this form of communication. We are also very disappointment in Parc Alpharetta’s poor level of support and service during this awful incident.

    I’m deeply concerned about security in the building and managements response as well as communication with residents about recent car break ins in garage. Active adults and seniors alike should be made aware of any activity so that they can use extra caution. My 84 year old mom was car jacked a few week ago in the garage due to lack of this form of communication. When I discussed this with Carter Haston’s, they deny any recent car break-ins and are unwilling to offer any support while residents are willing to share dates and times of break ins. There are far too many options in the area if you are looking for a safe place for mom or dad.
