Our retirement community offers assisted living services to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our philosophy is based upon the fact that, as individuals age, their needs increase but should not have to sacrifice comfort and enjoyment. We expand our services to meet each individuals requirements and needs.

A care plan is developed with the aid of the resident which coordinates a range of services to support the resident's independence, self-direction and participation in decisions.

Our community offers a fun, friendly and inviting atmosphere for our residents, their families and friends. We invite you to come for a visit and take a tour of our home. You can then speak with our staff and residents and view first hand the tranquil, quiet and safe surroundings that we offer.

    The community is kept neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is 50/50 sometimes it's good sometimes it's not but I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

  • Perfect For Our Needs

    My father was a resident at Evergreen for just shy of two years. Unfortunately when he was diagnosed with dementia, we needed to move him to a residence with a higher level of care. He had one of the few one bedroom apartments available. The staff and caregivers were very attentive to his needs. There are plenty activities for the residents to take part in if they choose. My father was very happy with the meals. He loved the caregivers who helped him with bathing. Overall, Evergreen was the perfect place for him.

  • Old looking facility.

    This was a fairly nice facility when I toured, but the facility looked and felt very old, which we did not particularly like.
