Florence of Seattle at Arbor Heights is located conveniently in the West Seattle area, near the Fauntleroy Ferry Dock, and caters to the needs of retired seniors 80 years and older. This is the perfect Seattle community for Dementia Clients. The dedicated staff is always ready to provide assistance, and the community employs a 24-hour staff, who will respond swiftly, no matter what the hour. Located conveniently near the bus line, the community also provides guest parking. Our community functions on two levels--as a group home or an assisted living facility. We maintain an on-call doctor and a visiting nurse, as well as providing the services of physical, speech, and occupational therapist, and an expert in podiatry. Delicious food is also a key component of a healthy mind-body balance and our residents receive home-cooked meals. In addition to meals that are provided to all residents, we go the extra mile. Our small home is quiet, cozy and the care we give is excellent.

  • Dark and dingy...

    When we first walked into this home, my mother did not like it. It was dark and did not feel very welcoming. Everyone there was nice, and they could have been very good for all we know, but it was not what we were looking for.

  • over the scale outstanding

    The staff at Florence of Seattle Arbor Heights is over the scale outstanding. They are just phenomenal at keeping me up to date on any details. The staff really communicates well with me. The cuisine is unbelievable. My Aunt would not even eat at the other facility and now I hear she is eating like a truck driver. I am incredibly impressed with the staffs kindness. I would give them a 10 on everything. They are just over the top good here.
