Fremont Hills Assisted Living is where residents can enjoy life and their families can have peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are being cared for with dignity and respect. We are committed to providing assisted living housing, personal care, and other comprehensive senior services. We strive to be responsive to the needs and preferences of our residents and their families. We offer a special Memory Care community for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementia.
We are conveniently located on Mission Boulevard and nestled in a residential neighborhood at the base of Mission Hills in beautiful Fremont, California. Our location is convenient to shopping, medical services, and churches and is just blocks from historic Niles and all that Fremont has to offer.

  • A Safe Fun Place for Your Loved One

    We had a good experience and would recommend them to others. The employees are friendly and willing to help. The food was enjoyed by my loved one. They have lots of activities for the assisted living residents and some still available for memory care residents.

    A Safe Fun Place for Your Loved One

    We had a good experience and would recommend them to others. The employees are friendly and willing to help. The food was enjoyed by my loved one. They have lots of activities for the assisted living residents and some still available for memory care residents.

  • Needs More Staff

    It is a nice community. If you have dementia, you have to be careful with your loved one is placed. The community really needs more staff. The staff didn't keep my loved one busy enough. The staff left them on their own way too much. There was poor communication with the staff. The community told us that my loved one wasn't needed more care than needed and then found out when we got the items they didn't have to move out. Really push for communication with the staff in any circumstance.
