Beautifully vibrant landscapes surround the rustic, brick, Neoclassical-inspired architecture of Georgetowne Place — a community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our goal is to foster joy in our community by providing companionship and comfort to all residents. Through our person-centered approach and engaging programming, we create opportunities for residents to explore their interests, practice hobbies, and grow in fellowship.
Community Amenities and Services
Enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle in our independent living neighborhood as our team provides a variety of convenient services. We offer delicious and nourishing meals in our elegant restaurant-style dining room. Housekeeping is available too, at an additional charge.
For those in our assisted living neighborhoods, caregivers meet with each resident before move-in to conduct a health assessment and create a personalized service plan. These plans are unique to each resident and outline what services they need and how often. Knowledgeable caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing or dressing, personal care, and medication management.
We believe that tailoring our services to match our residents’ needs is important, but it is essential for those living with early- to late-stage dementia. Magnolia Trails™ is our specialized memory care program, which comprises five pillars of care — focusing on care first, creating the environment, embracing moments, making family connections, and providing food and nutrition — to create an innovative approach. Specially-trained caregivers partake in exclusive one-on-one time with each resident to get to know their needs, interests, and histories. This information is then used to create a unique routine filled with customized activities to stimulate cognitive function and keep everyone social.
Engaging recreational and social activities are available throughout the day for all residents to enjoy. Take a dip in our pool, stay active by joining a morning exercise class, or get to know your neighbors during a community happy hour! We also offer group outings to local attractions, as well as spiritual opportunities twice a week. Just like our services, our monthly calendar adjusts to your personal interests, so no matter what your preferences are, there’s something fun for you at Georgetowne Place.

For those with four-legged friends, ask us about our pet-friendly options! We know that Georgetowne Place wouldn’t quite feel like home without them.
