Glassford Place is homelike and cozy and provides our residents a close-knit family atmosphere. We are located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, between Yavapai College and Prescott Valley Recreation Area. We offer a beautiful quiet home that includes a private, flower filled indoor courtyard which is fully enclosed for security. Some resident rooms overlook the courtyard and residents enjoy the opportunities for gardening and relaxing under the trees.

Your safety, comfort and happiness is our top priority. We provide:

  • Transportation to medical appointments
  • Registered Nurse on staff 24 hours a day
  • Studio and one bedroom apartments suited for either single or double occupancy
  • Apartments equipped with kitchenettes and microwaves
  • Showers have built in safety bars as well as an emergency call system
  • Both private and common areas are designed to accommodate mobility devices
  • Meals and snacks are planned by a registered dietician
  • Pet friendly living as well as assistance with caring for your pet
  • In case of emergency or serious illness Mountain Valley Regional Medical Center & Yavapai Regional Medical Center are both within one mile of our community.
  • Fitness room with individualized exercise classes
  • Assistance with grooming, medication and chronic disease monitoring

    We provide opportunities for residents to either relax or engage in social activities. For those residents wishing quiet we offer the opportunity to read a book in the library, work on craft projects in the activity room or watch the birds in the courtyard. For social activities we offer
    Bingo and other games as well as live music and community outings. Our residents choose the destinations for our outings and favorites include shopping, restaurants and live band concerts. Our restaurant style dining room is also an excellent place to enjoy a good meal and conversation with friends.

  • Our Experience with Glassford Place

    They were great to work with and very patient. The staff were very helpful. The food was okay, just average cafeteria food. But I really appreciated how much they stayed in touch with us. It took us a long time to place my mother because she was adamant about not going. When it became clear that she needed memory care instead, which Glassford doesn't offer, they were instrumental in getting us to the right place for my mom to receive the care that she needed.

When it became clear that she needed memory care instead, which Glassford doesn't offer, they were instrumental in getting us to the right place for my mom to receive the care that she needed.

  • This might be a good option for my Dad. I like the idea of individual apartments and courtyard. They are allowing 30 min visits with family on their porch. They don't currently have any open beds, but the receptionist directed me to their sister companies through the parent company, Enlivant. Their are openings at the sister homes in the Phoenix area.
