Graceville Estate is a beautiful senior living community in Chandler, Arizona. We are known for providing great quality care with a lot of compassion when it comes to dealing with our many residents. Some of the amenities we provide here at Graceville Estate are free transportation to any and all residents as well as delicious home cooked meals available around the clock. We vary our menu on a daily basis to ensure that all of our residents are eating different types of foods that they enjoy throughout the week. We can also drive residents for free to any of their local doctor's appointments or just to run some errands on their own. You can come and visit your loved one whenever you would like and whenever it is most convenient to you.   • A Small Assisted Living Community with a Homey Atmosphere

    The activities are very limited. Their budget only allows them to shop for groceries only what they have been doing currently and in the past. There are only 5 residents allowed in the community. This is a residential community.

  • Wonderful Home, caring and professional

    We knew nothing about care homes when we had to make the difficult decision to move my mother from our home to assisted living. I was so concerned about her care and the environment where we moved her. My mother lived at Graceville for 8 years. They got my mother on a very comfortable schedule and reduced the medications she was taking considerably. They paid such incredible attention to her health, her comfort, her emotional well-being, and to the time she was able to spend with my father when he visited her daily. I am so grateful to this wonderful couple who own and run this home. They are like family; this is beyond a vocation for them, it is a mission to serve their occupants. Their kindness and care to our entire family cannot be overstated.

    We knew nothing about care homes when we had to make the difficult decision to move my mother from our home to assisted living. I was so concerned about her care and the environment where we moved her. My mother lived at Graceville for 8 years. They got my mother on a very comfortable schedule and reduced the medications she was taking considerably. They paid such incredible attention to her health, her comfort, her emotional well-being, and to the time she was able to spend with my father when he visited her daily. I am so grateful to this wonderful couple who own and run this home. They are like family; this is beyond a vocation for them, it is a mission to serve their occupants. They had some activities but not as much as in a bigger community. We will definitely consider a home like this when my mother needs a higher level of care.

    Very nice home!
