Living Arrangements
Residents in this community can choose from studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private apartments. Spacious and sunlit floor plans come equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, satellite or cable TV, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry services, and more. Some units offer bathtubs. Respite stay living units are also available.
Care Types Offered
Greenridge Place is an assisted living residence, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
