The thoughtful design of our community is one of the first things you’ll notice about Haciendas at Grace Village. Our beautiful Spanish-style architecture and stunning New Mexico scenery welcomes you and creates an atmosphere that feels truly awe-inspiring to call home. You’ll even be able to watch the sun set over Picacho Peak from your own backyard! Plus, animal lovers will be glad to know that our community is pet-friendly.
We founded our home in 2012 based on our belief that there is value in each and every person. Much of what we offer, such as a 1-6 caregiver ratio, surpasses what is required in the state of New Mexico. We carefully considered how many people would be ideal for one home space, so our residents would feel cared for and comfortable — and not just like one of many.
We encourage you to check your insurance policies, as these can sometimes help cover the cost of memory care. Veterans may be eligible for benefits as well.
Community Amenities and Services
Our thoughtfully designed community comprises four homes, which can each accommodate up to 12 people. We focus on meeting the social needs of our residents through specialized integrated care. Community members are grouped together for activities based on who shares their interests, in order to foster friendships and social interaction. All of our community activities are designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Residents of our community will enjoy delicious homestyle meals, as well as weekly housekeeping and linen services. We’ll do your laundry for you, and keep your personal space clean with a daily tidying up. We also help with medication management and will remind you to stay hydrated. Residents’ care services are coordinated with a physician and nurse case manager, and care is available around the clock. We also offer respite care for loved ones, allowing caregivers to take a break from their duties, or for those who would like to experience our community firsthand and see if it's a good fit for them.
Living Arrangements
The private suites at Haciendas at Grace Village are a cozy spot to rest at the end of the day. We offer two room sizes, so you can choose where you’ll be the most comfortable. Our private rooms feature a private bath, designed for wheelchair accessibility.
We’re sure you’ll find our community to be a tranquil place to spend your golden years.
