HarborChase of Shorewood offers two memory care neighborhoods. The Sound is designed for those in the early or transitional stages of memory loss, while The Cove specializes in caring for those with more advanced dementia. Both neighborhoods provide residents with a comfortable and inviting environment. By using It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) technology and a person-centered approach, our memory care team is able to provide custom-tailored services and activities that cater to each individual. Special memory-nourishing meals and quiet, family-style dining rooms are also offered at The Cove, enabling residents to stay socially active.

We strive to provide members of our community with entertaining activities that foster cognitive stimulation and social interaction. With over 21 activities and events available daily, residents will always have the opportunity to try something new. We offer multiple floor plan options, enabling residents to pick a layout that satisfies their personal preferences, needs, and budget. Currently, we offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and semi-private apartments. All units are wheelchair accessible and include high-speed internet and a private bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower. Every apartment can be customized in order to accommodate special needs or safety concerns.

Care Types Offered

HarborChase of Shorewood is a community based residential facility (CBRF), which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
