Harmony at Brentwood is a senior living community located in Brentwood, Tennessee. We are a new 191-unit community that provides accommodations for residents across a variety of assisted care needs. Our staff will take care of the hassle of everyday chores, and give you back that time for the more important things. Here, you’ll have the time to pursue your interests and enjoy your independence. We prioritize the comfort and safety of our residents and we work diligently to create an environment to reflect that. Residents can age in place in our attractive, pet-friendly apartments while enjoying the benefits of living in close proximity to local conveniences, including several medical centers. Community Services

Our goal is for residents to feel completely supported by our care staff so they can enjoy the energy life offers. We provide three chef-inspired, yet accommodating meals a day and restaurant-style dining. As a community, we encourage residents to engage in our on-site activities. However, we provide scheduled transportation to off-site recreational areas that are of interest to residents as well. The health of our residents is very important to us, which is why we are conveniently located near four medical centers. Every resident, regardless of which wing they are located, will be within a 15-20 minute drive from their preferred medical center. The medical centers surrounding us are Williamson Medical Center, Saint Thomas West, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Southern Hills Medical Center. We provide transportation services upon request and in the event of emergencies.

Living Options and Amenities

Our attractive and spacious apartments feature a state-of-the-art emergency call system to help ensure the safety of our residents. In addition, we provide housekeeping and apartment maintenance services. We understand that your needs are subject to change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our apartments are large and spacious, but they are also set at an affordable price. We provide the following apartment units:

Care Types Offered

Harmony at Brentwood is an assisted care living facility (ACLF), which in the state of Tennessee is a facility that provides assistance with non-medical activities of daily living, administration of typically self-administered medications, and medical services subject to the limitations of these rules to residents. An assisted living facility may provide care to residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

  • What a relief that my loved one is safe. I feel peace of mind that he's being well cared for.

    I feel like the atmosphere is very positive. You walk in, and the hallways are wide. It's more like a nice hotel and not like a facility. I viewed six different memory care facilities, and I chose Harmony because of its overall appearance and the kind staff. They're very kind to the residents and are good at redirecting them with dementia-related challenges, including when they try to escape. They've managed medications well. I haven't tried the food, but I've been there when meals were served. It looked a little overcooked. There was a variety of things on the plate, so there were small portions of everything but an adequate amount of food overall. They're receptive to pets, and that meant a lot to my loved one. I think the pricing is fair, and I would recommend this community to others. Overall, I don't think I could have chosen a better place.

  • A beautiful place to live

    I think it's a beautiful setting and a lovely place to live. I really enjoy living here. Nothing's perfect. I like the accommodations, my home itself. It's perfectly sized for me. And I like the friends I've made here. We have table games, trips to restaurants and things occasionally, and they bring in people to sing and entertain us. Of course with Covid, it's been not as good as it could be. The housekeeping service is good, they just need more help. It's a lot for two or three people to do everything for all of the residents. I believe I heard the staff say we have about 145 residents or so, although I'm not sure if that's just the independent living or if it includes all the groups together. There are a good many couples who live here. The maintenance staff are great. Again, they need more help too. We get physical therapy here, which is just wonderful. The therapists are so helpful. And there's an activity room, a library, and a movie room. The dining rooms and lobby are beautiful. We're finally able to go back into the dining rooms where we couldn't go before, and I'm glad to be back in that beautiful space. They serve us three meals a day if we want them. I'm only choosing to attend the dinner meal and have the rest in my home. Sometimes the food is great, and sometimes it's terrible, one spectrum to the other. It just depends on the cook I guess.
