Our community specializes in a wide range of care services. We know that navigating your health as a senior is an ongoing process that can change from day to day, which is why we are well-equipped to adjust your care plan at a moment’s notice. We pride ourselves in offering a variety of personal services, such as beautification, daily housekeeping and laundry services, and assistance with other daily tasks.
When it comes to your care plan, we offer three tiers of services: basic care, moderate care, and maximum care. Within these three tiers, residents can expect around the clock attention depending on what their medical needs are. Features include assistance in activities of daily living, health monitoring by a visiting physician, podiatry care, physical care, occupational and speech therapy, regular health assessments,and medication management with free medication delivery from our partner pharmacy. Residents also enjoy home-cooked meals and snacks. We celebrate birthdays and holidays and offer arranged transportation when needed.
All meals are provided for residents and we can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, such as vegetarian meal plans. Additionally, our home has a dining room where residents can gather to talk, eat, play games, and visit with friends and family who stop by.
Living Arrangements
Residents are welcomed at Genesis Senior Living for anything from short-term respite care to long-term hospice care in private and shared suite-style bedrooms. Our home is fully wheelchair accessible, complete with an accessible shower, grab bars, and ramps to go in and out of the home. Our home has a spacious wooden back porch, perfect for enjoying the sunshine with other residents. Trees and bright green grass surround the home and area, providing shade and temperature control. The inside of the home is complete with hardwood floors and plush furniture in the living room.

Genesis Senior Living at Sterling Heights is an adult foster care facility, which in the state of Michigan is a facility that provides foster care for adults who are aged, mentally ill, developmentally disabled, or physically disabled who require supervision on an ongoing basis but who do not require continuous nursing care. Foster care means the provision of supervision, personal care, and protection in addition to room and board, for 24 hours a day, 5 or more days a week, and for 2 or more consecutive weeks.
