Sterling Heights Comfort Care is conveniently located off of the Mound Road exit on M-59, just minutes from other cities such as Auburn Hills, Rochester Hills, Troy, St. Clair, and many more. This newly constructed facility is currently the flagship of the Comfort Care communities, encompassing luxury, and comfort, all in a loving home-like environment.

    The community is good at answering your questions and the communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

    IT's been great, except for staff coming and going. A nurse quit, several of the aides quit, the one who does the intake quit. It's been frustrating not having continuity of care. The other day one of the aides yelled at me, and that's happened a couple of times. The managers and receptionists are really, really nice though. The aides are good sometimes, other times they are not. Overall, the people have been very, very friendly, they've been good to me and my loved one. The food's not the best in the world, but my loved one likes it well enough. There's only one activity right now - bingo. And sometimes they do crafts, but not very often because you can't gather together right now.
