Our historic building was once a resort hotel before being fully restored into Henrietta’s Leven Oaks — a quaint, picturesque community offering independent and assisted living services. Located in the heart of Old Town Monrovia, California, our community’s quiet, lavish gardens gives residents a feeling of serenity and tranquility, while still remaining close enough to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and even a local farmer’s market. Residents can enjoy the wonderful, sunny weather while reclining on our spacious balcony overlooking the city. With our captivating views and cozy furnishings, residents are sure to feel a sense of peace and belonging.

Understanding each resident’s needs is crucial to helping ensure they receive the care they need most. With only 41 units, our professional and experienced staff is able to get to know everyone’s likes and dislikes, forming a strong caregiver-resident relationship. And, we always coordinate with you and your loved ones to create a customized care plan that fulfills your unique needs.

Care Types Offered

Henrietta’s Leven Oaks is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
