Welcome to Heritage at Deer Creek! This community provides assisted living and memory care services to residents in their 43-unit community home in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Heritage at Deer Creek specializes in providing memory care, diabetic care, personal care, and medication management. Staff are specially trained in memory care. A variety of specialists are also available to provide additional care as needed.

Each of the spacious and sunlit floor plans are equipped with amenities such as wheelchair-accessible showers, bath tubs, WiFi, kitchenettes, ground floor units, private patios, and air conditioning. Housekeeping and laundry services are also available.

Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)
A facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)
A complex that has 5 or more apartment units for residents. The complex provides personal, supportive, and nursing services to residents.
