    Super!! Staff solved a move-in problem within hours, other units could not handle. Tough experience during COVID. Staff has been excellent to accommodate medical care more than expected. Considering dementia and post hip replacement.

    My Review of Heritage Hills Memory Care

    Super!! Staff solved a move-in problem within hours, other units could not handle. Tough experience during COVID. Staff has been excellent to accommodate medical care more than expected. Considering dementia and post hip replacement.

  • No one should put their loved one there

    I would not put my dog in this place. They guaranteed us three nurses to be on round the clock care at each station and that never happened. They did not take care of our loved one, we found her three days after walking into the community perfectly fine, to being covered in food in a fetal position in a wheel chair stuffed in the back of a music room.

    No one should put their loved one there

    I would not put my dog in this place. They guaranteed us three nurses to be on round the clock care at each station and that never happened.     I would tell people looking into this facility that Heritage Hills Memory Care is an excellent, small, intimate setting. They only have 40 beds so it is very personable. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
