Heritage Residential Care II is family owned, and was originally founded by two physicians. We model our facility with a balance of the insight by top professionals in the medical field, and quality care from a family oriented group that understands individuality and joy are a part of every stage of life. We have several homes located in the quiet and beautiful neighborhoods of San Mateo, Burlingame, and Millbrae. Our homes are designed to allow residents to maintain their independence while providing a safe and comfortable environment with every need met by experienced caregivers. The staff to resident ratio in our homes is 1:3 this means that your loved one will be well taken care of and maintain a daily relationship with their caregiver. Socialization with other house members, volunteers, and caregivers make the golden years richer. Services include, both long and short term care, mild cognitive impairment care, medication monitoring, hospice care available, daily assistance as needed, bedside care as needed, and incontinence care. Also included are thrice daily healthy meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry, and transportation arrangements. Amenities include, wheelchair access, cable television and phone in each room, ability to decorate your room as you see fit, call systems, and private bathroom if needed. Annual holiday parties in summer and winter, high school volunteer programs, and local senior community activities. We have had residents live to 106 and 103 happy years in our care.
