Highland Circle Personal Care Home

This is a wonderful facility to place your loved one. The staff is very inviting, caring and loving towards the residents. Residents are treated like family and are kept very clean and tidy. I love this place couldn't ask for a better place.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received from the Manager per my last visit. As I attempted to ask questions the manager at the time [name removed] began spouting Obscene language towards me with my child in the room. As I kept my composure and kept quite that only infuriated her more and the residence began to watch as she embarrassed herself furthermore. Seeing that the situation was taking a turn for the worst I began to document the incident. In the video, she proceeds to lunge towards me to hit me while employees were screaming at her and holding her back. Patients were traumatized as she was swinging and carrying on as if she was a wild animal in the zoo. Someone with that kind of temper should not be in that position all whilst dealing with the elderly. I am so disgusted with what I had to witness and will be contacting the proper authorities. Unfortunately, I'm required to give it a one-star in order to post this review.

This is the most wonderful place. It broke my heart to have to move my sister here but then discovered she loves this place more than home. Thank you to all the great employees who are now family.
