This craftsman-style community is located on a 150-acre nature preserve, which is filled with quiet ponds and weaving hiking trails. So whether you like to stay active and explore or simply prefer to soak in the sunshine with your favorite four-legged friend, this community is perfect for you!
Through the Travel and Stay program, members of any of the 200+ Holiday Retirement communities can stay in a sister community of their choice for up to seven days free of charge. Meals are also included!

Community Services and Amenities
Professional and compassionate associates provide regular housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and scheduled transportation services. Three delicious and nutritious meals are prepared every day and are served in the elegant dining hall. Multiple menu options are available to accommodate various preferences and dietary needs.
Rest easy at night knowing that trained associates are available on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide emergency response services. Customizable personal and health care services are available through a third party provider for an additional fee.
Staff puts together a robust calendar of recreational, educational, and social activities for all residents to enjoy. By updating the calendar every month, they can accommodate a vast variety of interests and skill sets. Stay active by taking a fitness or yoga class in the mornings, or exchange stories with your neighbor during a summer cookout on the patio.
Living Arrangements
Various studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans are available for residents to choose from. Apartments include a convenient kitchenette and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, equipped with a walk-in tub. Select units feature a private patio as well. Many utilities — including cable TV and individually controlled heating and air conditioning — are bundled into each month’s rent, so you only have to worry about paying one bill.
Private two-bedroom cottages are also available for residents who would prefer more independence. Emerald Pond cottages feature open-concept floor plans, full kitchens, two wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, and full-sized washers and dryers. Private patios and garages are also included in each unit. Select floor plans feature a fireplace in the living room and spacious walk-in closets in each bedroom.
