    This post is to acknowledge the extraordinary service at this facility provided by [name removed] "bus driver". I am a disabled senior at this facility. Sean does much more than transport residents to doctor appointments, to labs and to stores for essential supplies. He takes on tasks when others are absent and he brings meals to our doors, he assembles walkers and scooters, he fixes phones so that we can communicate with others. [name removed] is a team player and is loved by residents who admire his respectful, compassionate and reliable attitude. He has raised the morale here by 100% and he can be depended upon in times of crisis. We hope to have [name removed] with us for many years as we enter the final decades of our lives

    Before COVID-19, it was a very friendly community and the staff were very supportive. She made friends and she was happy there are. Now, since COVID-19, the sequestration has caused the food to be very limited and they have no housekeeping Emotionally this has not been good and depression is becoming a problem. We chose this community because they could meet their needs, it was close to our family, and high class for enough for their standards. Also, the people were friendly and very responsive . They are putting in a lot of effort however, this is just not a good way to take of the elderly.

    A nice community

    Before COVID-19, it was a very friendly community and the staff were very supportive. She made friends and she was happy there are. Now, since COVID-19, the sequestration has caused the food to be very limited and they have no housekeeping Emotionally this has not been good and depression is becoming a problem. We chose this community because they could meet their needs, it was close to our family, and high class for enough for their standards. Also, the people were friendly and very responsive .     Overall a great place. Some family members originally thought they needed an Assisted Living Community but have found that she is happy in Independent Living and it is able to meet her needs. The community feels real homey. I have not had the best experience with one of the managers but over all happy with the staff, just needs a little fine tuning. My mom is happy she is able to go outside and walk like she likes to do three times a day. My mom has a nice little balcony off her room.
