We are happy to provide independent care, assisted living, and memory care options to residents. Whatever your needs, we have a care option that suits your lifestyle. Our independent living services take the housekeeping stress out of life, while granting as much freedom as you’d like. Our assisted living option is one step above where we provide medical and non-medical care to residents who can use the extra helping hand. Our memory care residents benefit from a higher level of memory-loss centered care. All residents, regardless of care type, have ambulatory, diabetic, incontinence care, and medication management services available to them. With a variety of doctors and therapists available and hospice on-site, residents can rest easy knowing they are taken care of.

Our on-site chef prepares three delicious and nutritious meals each day. We offer restaurant-style dining and room service. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and work hard to ensure meals are both a taste of home and a journey of culinary exploration. Outside of meal time, residents enjoy participating in our packed calendar of on- and off-site activities. Take an art or cooking class, watch a film in our theater, take a dance class, participate in a wine tasting, give back through community service, celebrate resident birthdays and holidays, and much more! Living Arrangements

Residents in our mountain-style lodge can choose between studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences. All of our spacious floor plans have an abundance of natural light and warm, neutral tones that are cozy and inviting. Bring your own decor or enjoy the furnishings we provide.

Care Types Offered

Home Again Assisted Living- Waunakee is a community based residential facility (CBRF) and a residential care apartment complex. In the state of Wisconsin, these terms are defined as follows:

Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)
A facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.

Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)
A complex that has 5 or more apartment units for residents. The complex provides personal, supportive, and nursing services to residents.
