iAID provides each client with the essential care he or she needs to maintain an independent lifestyle regardless of age. Our compassionate, and highly trained home health care professionals provide private home health care tailored to the particular needs of each client.
Whether you are recovering from surgery or illness, living with an on-going chronic condition like arthritis, diabetes or heart disease, or have a family member living with Alzheimer's/Dementia, our iAID team is here for you. We are dedicated on helping you recover, live as independently as possible and manage your disease. Our caregivers will provide the care you need, whenever you need it and where you need it most: at home, retirement home, nursing facility or at your bedside in hospitals.
Our personal support workers / caregivers are all healthcare professionals that completed designated fields of study for their positions. We follow a very strict screening process upon hiring our staff, including:
- proof of certification
- proof of CPR / first AID certificates
- proof of official government ID
- proof of Police clearance report
- proof of TB test results
- proof of references
All the aforementioned must be presented at time of interview, which is conducted very thoroughly.
Pricing:
Our rates are variable. Price is based on per/hour rates, which is dependent on each client's individualized care plan assessment. iAID will work with clients that demonstrate financial restrictions and will customize a price that best suites their budget, hence they will still receive the same optimal care. Our care is based on a 3 hour minimum / shift.
