  • Complicated because of Covid

It's been really good. Sometimes I wonder if they're telling you the truth. You just don't know. My loved one feel one time, and they didn't call us. They say he's eating good and feeling well. But from I see, he's not eating that much. They say he's doing activities, and I know he's not. He was doing pretty good until one of the nurses got Covid, and they went on a 14-day quarantine. He got in the habit of staying in bed a lot since then. They do try to get him up but haven't had a lot of success. One good thing - they put him on the first floor so we coudl have window visits druign Covid. It seems like htey go out of their way to help. The front desk - you couldn't ask for better people. It's just the nurses I'm not sure what they say is true. But it's a nice facility and I would recommend it.

  • safety concerns at Tudor Gardens

I feel like the safety of the facility was not up to par. The time delay between notification and knowing what is wrong and how to help should be better. An intercom system or the staff wearing radios would make it better. The communication and them knowing the needs of the residence needs to be a priority
