Community Services and Amenities

Trained and professional staff is always available to attend to resident needs around the clock, with clinical oversight provided by our onsite licensed nurse. Housekeeping, laundry, and linen services are offered, along with group or individual transportation services. We fill the calendar with daily activities to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit of all residents. Our onsite culinary staff creates three, dietician-approved meals each day, plus snacks. Our wellness director develops a Life Care Plan for each resident and regularly reassesses what is needed, considering input from medical professionals, care staff, and family members. These individual care services may include:

  • Mobility, escort, and transferring assistance
  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Incontinence care
  • Community activities
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Medication management
  • Diabetic care
  • Emotional/behavior management, including re-direction for exit-seeking

    The community is kept neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of activities available and the food is really good. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

    We chose Heritage Point of Tulsa because they were allowing residents to have meals together and sit in a common room during the pandemic. In her room, there was enough room for a bed, dresser, table, and love seat. They do have private and shared rooms available. I would recommend them to others looking.

    Met our needs

    We chose Heritage Point of Tulsa because they were allowing residents to have meals together and sit in a common room during the pandemic. In her room, there was enough room for a bed, dresser, table, and love seat. They do have private and shared rooms available. I would recommend them to others looking.

  • [name removed] is the Community Relations Director at Heritage Point. What set this facility apart that other facilities didn't mention was their dedicated room for inclement weather. No other facility mentioned this specifically. The tenant rooms seemed small-ish to me (270 sq. ft.). Every 2 hours they perform rounds, which is a plus. They do provide a small refrigerator in the room we were shown. This is a Memory Care facility only, which after discussion with the rest of my family, was decided wasn't quite needed with Dad just yet. Perhaps in the future, but just not at this time.
