Community Amenities and Services

After years of house chores, our residents can simplify their lives with the extra time they gain from the daily services we provide. All residents enjoy three delicious, chef-prepared meals a day with healthy snacks available between meal times. Restaurant-style dining in the dining room is an option with guests welcome to join, and room service is available upon request. Weekly housekeeping services are provided, as is laundry and linen services. Without the hassle of maintaining a home, residents can focus more on the activities that bring them joy.

Our dedicated activities director goes above and beyond planning one-of-a-kind events for residents to keep them physically active, mentally stimulated, and emotionally fulfilled. Physical activities like tai chi, stretching, chair yoga, and Wii bowling are frequent, and we love to plan group outings on the town. Every third Tuesday of the month is Family Night Bingo, where residents serve guests snacks they’ve prepared and share a wonderful evening bonding. Our activities director takes all residents and their unique interests into consideration when planning our diverse calendar of events, and encourages feedback to keep things inclusive and engaging.

Our caring, compassionate staff members are available around the clock to provide personal care assistance as needed. All care plans are designed specifically to meet the unique, dynamic needs of each resident. Assistance with daily activities — such as bathing and dressing, medication management, incontinence care, and ambulatory care — is among the many services we offer. Visiting speech, physical, and occupational therapists are available to tend to more specialized needs.

  • A Nice Place

It is a good place. It is really hard with the Covid-19 . The food is healthy. The room sizes are great, bigger than most. It is an older building but they keep it up. They have a few courtyards for the residents to use as outdoor space. The people are just wonderful. I would recommend them to others.

  • “There’s NO place like Home!” Three years ago my Mother, [name removed], moved into Aberdeen Heights and found this to be true. After her second week there, she truly felt this was her new “Home” and “a new beginning” for her. There’s NO place like Aberdeen Heights. When you walk through the doors, you feel so welcomed by the Staff and immediately sense a feeling of “Family”. Every activity, whether it is Family Bingo, “Chef Mike’s” special meals, celebrations, thoughtfully planned daily events, music & entertainment ( the list is endless)... are all centered around the Residents and their Family. My Mother thoroughly enjoyed her 3-years as a Resident and member of the Aberdeen Heights Family. The transformation in her life and quality of life... are Priceless to our Family. She looked forward to EACH new day and the wonderful “Blessings” it would hold for her....and she cherished her wonderful Friendships, all the Love, Respect, and Care she received from the Staff that she “adored”. Mother looked SO forward to what new activity Amber had planned each day...SO much “fun & laughter”. Our Family will always be forever GRATEFUL.... to Anita and the Staff. “There’s NO place like Aberdeen Heights” for your loved one. Thankfully & Sincerely.... [Name Removed]

  • Aberdeen Heights is outstanding

My 90-year-old mother has been a resident at Aberdeen for just over 1 1/2 years. We evaluated several local assisted living facilities in the Tulsa area prior to selecting Aberdeen, based on three primary conditions: 1) resident support, assistance, personal care, 2) food quality (the food is excellent!), and 3) overall cost. Aberdeen has proven to be a very good choice. It's core staff has consistently demonstrated exception sensitivity and support for mother's needs during her physical, mental, and emotional transitions. My only "beef" is that Aberdeen's parent company, Sagora Senior Living, has implemented some routine cost-of-living increases in recent months which may be considered unreasonable, given the outstanding resident-centered policies and practices at Aberdeen. Bottom line, I trust Aberdeen's management and staff to take good care of mother now and going forward, and highly recommend the facility to others.
