  • Good Community Overall

    Overall, I feel that J&C Care Center is a good community. We have had some communication issues, Things being lost in the laundry, and some issues with the temperature of the community. It is always so cold there. Everyone from the staff to the residents is bundled up every time I visit. However, The food is good here, everything is made fresh, and I know that my loved one is being well cared for . She is always clean and well groomed, and I know she is safe.

    Good Community Overall

    Overall, I feel that J&C Care Center is a good community. We have had some communication issues, Things being lost in the laundry, and some issues with the temperature of the community. It is always so cold there. Everyone from the staff to the residents is bundled up every time I visit. However, The food is good here, everything is made fresh, and I know that my loved one is being well cared for . She is always clean and well groomed, and I know she is safe.

    THE ABSOLUTELY BEST TOUR OUT OF 15 WE VISITED: I WORKED WITH A PLACE FOR MOM & CARING.COM, AS I WAS EXPLAINED DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES IN DIFFERENT GROUPS KUDOS TO THEM BOTH THEY BOTH HAD THIS COMMUNITY AS A REFERRAL, WHEW I never thought me or my husband could ever agree upon a place.. This is it, no phony tours, complete honesty, caring,and management. None was just sitting around. I hope their still a bed for him by the time we get all monies transferred to the bay area. He's looking forward to going we both got such a great feeling from this place, Will be praying all day in church to be blessed with this wonderful opportunity...

    When [Removed] Ching understood that my sister has swallowing difficulty and is relying on a feeding tube for food and drink, her tone of voice changed. She made it clear that she does not accept any new resident with a G-tube because she thinks skilled nursing care is for those with a feeding tube.
