Community Amenities and Services
Residents can enjoy both independent and supported living in our community. Those who elect a more supported community can choose from assisted living and skilled nursing care plans depending on their care needs and goals. We are proud to provide diabetic, ambulatory, incontinence, and memory care as well as medication management. With a highly-trained staff of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, we are ready to assist residents with their needs.
In addition to providing care, we are also passionate about providing food! Residents enjoy three chef-inspired meals a day from nostalgic favorites to trendy new recipes. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and work with your care team to provide meals that fit your needs.
We also believe community is everything here at Lake Park. With a variety of activities to choose from, residents bond with one another over shared interests and new experiences alike!
Living Arrangements
Each of our living styles feature different floor plans, from studio alcoves to two-bedroom suites. All resident homes are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and full kitchens. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee and look out over the bay or city in the morning, and gather with loved ones in your spacious living rooms in the evening.
