  • Landing at Watermere - Frisco review

    Our loved one was only be able to stay for about a week and everyone seemed to really be helpful, friendly and professional. However, their response times sometimes were slow and occasionally it seemed like no one really checked on our loved one. We know she was there for a short time so we are unsure if maybe they just didn't have her routine down for what.

    Landing at Watermere - Frisco review

    I would just tell others to beware of the salesman, I have had great luck with the assistant director, but the other salesman have not been responsive to us.

  • Beautiful facility, professional staff, residents are visibly engaged and enthusiastic which is the strongest indicator for me of operational excellence. Considering as a top choice depending on how the situtation develops with my parents.
