Legacy House of Centennial Hills is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas (215 Fwy & North Durango) opening in Winter of 2016. The community is conveniently minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, parks and recreation centers, churches, medical building, hospitals, casino resorts and freeway access.

We believe that the more our residents can be independent, the healthier they are and the better they feel. No matter what stage of life we're in, maximizing independence, maintaining dignity and having choices are important. Nevertheless, there comes a time when we all can use a helping hand. We recognize those times and provide just the right amount of help to meet those needs.

  • Only four years old and extremely clean it tops our list. [name removed] the marketing manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. This facility has only 100 residents with a maximum capacity of 130 so by far was the smallest one on our list. All activities, dining and resources are in one area which would minimize walking. By quietly observing the staff interactions, they appear to be well oriented and pleasant.

  • If you care don't send your loved one here

I've been here for 6 months. The Admin are great, they do try their very best, but the med techs and care givers, take forever to come to you and really can't be bothered. The food is very iffy. Very little variety or flavor. Most of the kitchen staff is nice but one. And she acts like a spoiled 3 year old and should have been terminated ages ago. I wish they would truly listen to the residences. When you are paying out this much money, you should be treated kindly, and with respect. Not being yelled at or put down. I'm not seeing how this is the way to spend your last days.

  • Good for Assisted Living, Not for Memory Care

I would suggest you keep looking. Don't get fooled by the beautiful community, or the kindness of the marketing/selling coordinator. The information that was conveyed to us was somewhat different what we experienced. The communication was poor in regards to the staff and families. The staff wouldn't communicate the major complications with my loved one to me. There were issues with invoices and had to ask for invoices as well. I have left a message about a refund, and haven't heard back from the person. I was only getting feedback from the primary caretaker from the previous experience outside of this community.
