Living Arrangements and Amenities

At Legend of Mansfield, we offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans where residents can express their individual tastes. We encourage residents to allow their space to reflect who they are and where they’ve been. With gorgeous amenities, our private apartments create the perfect environment to unwind after a long day of exciting activities. Our apartment amenities can include:

• Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and photocell night light

• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning systems
• Emergency call system with speakers and water-resistant pendants

Care Types Offered

Legend of Mansfield is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:

Assisted Living Facility

A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:

Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.
Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.
Type C (Adult Foster Care): 4-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
