Our community offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with top-notch in-home & on-site community amenities - setting the benchmark for quality & affordability in Apple Valley senior living.

The Legends of Apple Valley is conveniently located near parks, shopping, and restaurants. Our community offers the freedoms of contemporary maintenance-free living, combined with amenities such as a full size washer/dryer in every home, and underground heated parking. Our community also features beautifully appointed community spaces, including a community room, fitness center, craft/card room and landscaped outdoor patio.

*The Legends of Apple Valley participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

- 1 Occupant: $44,100
- 2 Occupant: $50,400
- 3 Occupant: $56,700
- 4 Occupant: $62,940
- 5 Occupant: $67,980
- 6 Occupant: $73,020

To maintain the integrity of the community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants.

    The staff are quick to respond and friendly. I like living here. I would encourage others to come live here. We are comfortable and pleased at our choice to come to Legends.

    Legends of Apple Valley is a fabulous place, and the staff is very friendly. It is nice and clean, and they seem to address any issues quickly and fairly. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

    We chose Legends of Apple Valley because they had availability when we needed it. We are very comfortable in our apartment, for senior living they are adequate for our needs. When we first moved in here they had a ton of activities, but since COVID hit, they have pretty much been closed, but that is no fault of their own. The facility is in a good area close to shopping and restaurants, but it can get a little loud at times. Overall, we have had a good experience here.

    A comfortable home for us
