for a local A Place for Mom advisor
You'll enjoy the benefits and attention you can only get at a small home and the peace of mind you'll receive from a beautiful and serene setting. Founded in 1994, our home started with 3 residents and remained at that capacity for quite a while. Over the years we have slowly grown. Now we are accredited by the State of Maryland for 15 residents and are one of the finest senior assisted housings in the county. Our home is still a small place, however, with a lot to offer and a caring staff. At Magnolia Manor, you will be living amongst friends.
Our home spans 3.7 acres and offers glorious views of the Patapsco Valley. The home, a brick colonial house, extends all the amenities one can imagine — library, elevator, grand foyer, patio, country kitchen, swimming pool, whirlpool, super large wooden deck with gazebo. The surroundings at Magnolia Manor offers residents the best of both worlds — a calm country scenery with luxurious landscape, trees, and city refinement with shopping malls, restaurants, theatres, and other conveniences. We're also surrounded by the Community College of Baltimore County - Catonsville, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the Catonsville YMCA, the Catonsville Senior Center and the Catonsville Country Club.
