[Name removed] and his staff are dependable, caring, prompt and professional. I used the caregivers in the morning and in the evening to help with the care of my father and to give my mother a hand with various tasks. I always received a courtesy call if there was a change in personnel. I highly recommend this company if you require help with your elderly parents.

Magnus care was a true godsend for our parents at a point at which they needed a little more help, not total live in help, just an extra hand in getting around to their usual local trips and appointments. Our 84-yr old parent's early Alzheimer symptoms were accelerating and it became impossible to maintain our individual work and life routines and be sure our parent was safe and well-cared for. [Name removed] met with us and met our parent and made every effort to listen to our concerns. Magnus sent us caregivers who really made our parent feel appreciated, calm and safe. He worked with our constantly changing schedules and always tried to accommodate last minute needs. Financially, there were no surprises and his pricing was reasonable and whatever he quoted us was what we were charged. They were also very conscientious about billing and paperwork. Our parent is currently in a memory care unit in an assisted living facility, which we would never have managed to achieve with out the help and care Magnus provided. A million thanks.
