Welcome to Meadow Gardens of Menlo Park Memory Care community! We are a cozy, one story community nestled in a residential neighborhood. This charming community offers Memory Care services to our residents who have dementia/Alzheimer's. We have capacity for 43.

Our residents enjoy a large, secure community space for activities and socialization, with the generous, circular activity room overlooking one patio and the bright and cheery dining room overlooking the other patio. A walking path meanders between the two patios and our residents enjoy taking walks outside to enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and occasionally do a little bird watching.

Our caring staff is well trained and available to residents 24/7 if any needs arise, so you and your loved one can feel secure knowing that someone is close by at all hours.

    Extremely high turnover of staff. New director has never sent us any email communication to family members. Keeping team informed about updates. Prior directors sent routine emails. Staff doesn't keep family updates with respect to falls, eating issues, changes in patients' conditions, etc. This is especially worrisome since family cannot enter the facility due to COVID.

    My mother is still taking some time to adjust with the move into the community. So far the community is a good one. The place is very clean and nice looking, no problems with that. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly. They do have good activities for the residents to participate in. Overall, this is a good community that I would recommend.

    Good Community

    My mother is still taking some time to adjust with the move into the community. So far the community is a good one. The place is very clean and nice looking, no problems with that. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly. They do have good activities for the residents to participate in. Overall, this is a good community that I would recommend.
