Meadow Oaks of Roseville

This is a very clean place to live. The workers, not the management keep the place going and moving a long. They are very efficient with all of the residents. But there are staff that have been very helpful.

This is an excellent place for a loved one. It is clean and the quality of the food is great. The staff are well trained and respectful. I would recommend to anyone. There are some new staff that came in due to the shortages. It took a while to get used to the training and new staff just because of the changes.

Early on, just continue making your wishes known and follow up as they get to know your loved one as a resident. A lot of follow up is needed. They were going through some management changes, and then also with Covid, it probably took a few more communications than it should have. It was just a tough time. When I did get to go in, they were always very welcoming and took care of any issues we had right away, which was awesome. My loved one had some issues not wanting to eat or drink, and I'm not sure how much they were following up with making sure he was eating or drinking enough. Again, I wasn't there - it could have been that they were doing it and my loved one just still refused. But any time I went inside, the lobby and the common areas were always immaculate, and so was my loved one's room the few times I got to see it.
