The heartbeat of Mercer Place is our caring staff and homelike senior living community. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.     This is a really nice community. The director was great but for us the deciding factor was price and this one was too high for what we were looking for.

    This is a really nice community. The director was great but for us the deciding factor was price and this one was too high for what we were looking for.

  • Staff was very knowledgeable and forthcoming.

    Our experience was unique in that our loved one's level of dementia got worse during the move, and once she moved in she tried to escape. So I would recommend that families make extra sure that assisted living is the right option for their loved one's needs. But Mercer Place was very supportive and proactive in helping us find a more appropriate memory care facility for her to move to. The Mercer Place facility was very good, it just needed a little more maintenance attention. But other than that, it was great.
