  • Our Tour Experience

    The facility was very nice. It was brand new, sparkly, and clean. It just didn't have many people there yet and felt kind of vacant and not very homey. I think they'll get there. It just wasn't there yet. I liked that it was 5 minutes from my house, and I liked the people I interviewed there. It was a bit more expensive, but not totally out of our price range. It just didn't have the super homey vibe we were looking for.

    Our Tour Experience

  • Yes we would recommend other to look at, the staff are very friendly and competent

    The staff that is there are wonderful, they have done a great job given the circumstances but there is a high turnover rate outside of the day to day staff. The director is trying her best, but communication with the staff and families has started to lack. The life enrichment coordinator is fantastic and wonderful, she wears many hats there. We want them to improve, once stability is provided everything will fall into place.

  • The director, [name removed], was very engaging and very forthcoming with with advice on making our decision. The facility was very clean however, the individual rooms were quite small but the bathrooms were very big. Decisions yet to be made.
