Overlake Terrace is dedicated to the belief that mature adults deserve to live in a caring community where their personal preferences for daily living are recognized and provided. Our mission is to be the premier provider of Independent, assisted Living and Memory Care by always striving to preserve our residents' choices, dignity, privacy, and independence.

Our community is designed to meet the needs of seniors, including those with Alzheimer's disease of other forms of dementia. Adult Day Care and Respite services are also available.

  • Our tour experience

    Our family was able to have an in person tour and we really did like this facility. It was in a great location, and everyone we met with was nice, gracious and did a good job showing us around. We really did enjoy the tour, but out of the other 4 communities we looked at, this was probably our least favorite.

    They are excellent at this community. I was very impressed with the service and friendliness that me and my loved ones received. They took their time to help us and make sure we know everything that we need to know. I was very pleased with everyone I met.

    Perfect for Mom

    They are excellent at this community. I was very impressed with the service and friendliness that me and my loved ones received. They took their time to help us and make sure we know everything that we need to know. I was very pleased with everyone I met.

  • If You're Looking for a Place for Your Parent, I Would Seriously Consider Overlake Terrace

    The staff are engaging and check on the residents regularly. They do a good job in encouraging, but not pushy with the residents to participate in activities. They have a good food menu. There is a lot for the residents to choose from. The nursing care is hard to get ahold or get in touch with them. The buy in option was very reasonable for the community.
