    This community was nice and price was good, staff friendly, rooms were a little older and did not fit my loved ones style.

  • Unexpected Trauma

    During the initial entry the community had my loved one on lock down due to the pandemic for the first two weeks. Due to the wheelchair not having any foot pedals my loved one had bruises on their heels. This caused a downhill slide due to my loved one no longer able to use the restroom on their own and other medical conditions. The communication with the community wasn't there with the family. There were times that the director wouldn't return our calls. The food was very bad in taste.

I wrote my review because I do not want anyone else to endure what my father has endured at this horrible place.
