Living Arrangements
For residents seeking the independent living lifestyle, our floor plans include one-bedroom and two-bedroom options featuring high ceilings with crown moldings, generous window areas, granite countertops, fully-appointed kitchens, private outdoor terraces, washer/dryers, and an open floor plan.
If your care needs ever change, we offer priority access to our assisted living and memory care services for current residents. For our assisted living lifestyle, we have multiple floor plans, including studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. These apartments feature large windows, granite countertops, 24-hour call system, and convenient kitchenettes.
For those with specialized memory care needs, our studio apartments are thoughtfully designed to support special lifestyles and offer large windows, 24-hour care and assistance, and individual climate control.

Care Types Offered
Parc at Traditions is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:
Assisted Living Facility
A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:
- Type A:
- A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.
- Type B:
- A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.
- Type C (Adult Foster Care):
- Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
