  • Great place, but lack of basic care is concerning

    From our understanding and speaking with our loved one the food there is great, and activities have opened back up. We are having an ongoing issues and that is sometimes out loved ones room does not have sheets, blankets or pillow cases in their room. The bathroom will not have hand towels or even soap. When we bring this up to the care givers attention they seem to point the finger at someone else, so there is a level of responsibility that could be improved.

    Park Terrace is a warm and engaging environment. We love the atmosphere and [name removed], the Wellness Director, is wonderful with the residents. She is always making plans for fun activities and has lots creative ideas to make her residents happy and to feel cared for. My daughter and I love volunteering for this organization

    From top management to the caregivers, medtechs, activities dept, and all the wonderful staff at Park Terrace you will find professional, friendly, and almost a family type atmosphere. I am a Chaplain for Sea Crest Hospice and I visit weekly singing and encouraging the residents, and they love Park Terrace. Of course it is challenging during this Pandemic, and visits are outside patio visits, but the staff is doing a wonderful job caring for the physical, spiritual, and psycho-social needs of the residents. First class all the way!

I am a Chaplain for Sea Crest Hospice and I visit weekly singing and encouraging the residents, and they love Park Terrace. Of course it is challenging during this Pandemic, and visits are outside patio visits, but the staff is doing a wonderful job caring for the physical, spiritual, and psycho-social needs of the residents. First class all the way!
