Peachtree Creek Memory Care is located in Smyrna, Georgia. We pride ourselves on being a community for individuals who have medical diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's. Memory care is our primary focus that we offer to our residents. Some of the great services that are provided include the following: 24 hour assisted living help, medication administration, continence management, weekly housekeeping and laundry, restaurant style dining and in house medical teams. We are known for our excellent selection of social, spiritual, educational and entertainment programs that allow the elderly to interact with other residents. Both seniors and their family members are embraced by the staff so that memory care can be successful. Family members are involved in all of the aspects of care so that they can make sure that their elderly loved ones are taken care of. We pride ourselves on being a facility that focuses on making assisted living something that seniors feel happy about.

  • Mom is so happy here!

    I struggled to find a home for my mom. The staff here was so friendly and so accommodating. They answered all my questions. Mom's transition was really easy. She seems to be really happy here and enjoys the activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is getting good care.

    Mom is so happy here!

    I struggled to find a home for my mom. The staff here was so friendly and so accommodating. They answered all my questions. Mom's transition was really easy. She seems to be really happy here and enjoys the activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is getting good care.

    Peachtree Creek is absolutely outstanding in every category. My mother is a resident and I have seen a significant change in her demeanor since she has been there. She smiles and laughs more than I have seen in years! The staff is incredible and everyone has a pleasant and peaceful manner. This is not something I have seen anywhere else. The building, rooms and community center are clean and tidy and the environment is filled with happiness. Daily activities keep the residents occupied - and these activities are tailored to their residents specific abilities and limitations. When I last visited everyone was playing "volleyball" in the community center with pool noodles and a balloon. This one especially touched my heart as I hadn't seen my mother interact with anyone or participate in a group activity in years before this. Peachtree Creek is truly a special, wonderful place and I am so thankful my mother is there!!

    Peachtree Creek is absolutely outstanding in every category. My mother is a resident and I have seen a significant change in her demeanor since she has been there. She smiles and laughs more than I have seen in years! The staff is incredible and everyone has a pleasant and peaceful manner. This is not something I have seen anywhere else. The building, rooms and community center are clean and tidy and the environment is filled with happiness. Daily activities keep the residents occupied - and these activities are tailored to their residents specific abilities and limitations.
