  • Professional and Caring

    I have been meaning to write this for a while. [Name removed] and his team were awesome! My husband is very chronically ill and had some surgery back in the Fall and I needed help after his surgery so I could work and they were just the best! Without going into all of the details, my husband has A LOT of special needs and it didn't phase them a bit. The supervisor and [name removed] came out first to access, of course, but then the supervisor even came out that first day to make sure his care was great and then followed up several times after that at the end of the caregivers shift just to check on things. Wow! I realize this might not be the norm, but with my husband having so many separate issues, you can't imagine what a relief this was to me. Who does that now days?! And the caregivers were all SO wonderful!! We had used another company before and, although they were okay and weren't bad, Preferred Care was SO much better. The whole team was professional and caring and top notch. I am sure I will need them again at some point-won't go anywhere else again. Thanks guys...

We made one call to Preferred Care at Home and management was at our home next day to assess our situation and offer solutions. We had a caregiver come over four days a week for five hours a day. They were flexible when we had date changes for care. It was such a relief on our minds to know our Mother was well cared for, safe and protected, while we were at work. It was also a great experience for our Mother. She had someone to keep her company and be with her. The light housekeeping and preparation of meals was a wonderful unexpected bonus :). We could not have asked for a better experience.

    Peace of mind

We made one call to Preferred Care at Home and management was at our home next day to assess our situation and offer solutions. We had a caregiver come over four days a week for five hours a day. They were flexible when we had date changes for care. It was such a relief on our minds to know our Mother was well cared for, safe and protected, while we were at work. It was also a great experience for our Mother. She had someone to keep her company and be with her. The light housekeeping and preparation of meals was a wonderful unexpected bonus :). We could not have asked for a better experience.
