Premier Care Living AFH, located in Everett, Washington, is a memory care adult home serving older adults with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. For years, we’ve made it our mission to professionally care for the needs of seniors with cognitive impairments in a compassionate, loving environment, with professional staff that cultivate a family atmosphere.

We understand the nature of those in need of memory care and have facilitated an environment that promotes familiarity, comfort, and acknowledgment of life, while always maintaining a quality experience to age in grace and place. We’re nestled in a residential neighborhood in Everett that illuminates a high standard of living, with charming neighborhoods, lush green lawns, and friendly neighbors.

Community Amenities and Services

Our close-knit community is made up of professional caregivers and kind residents, and we always maintain a proper ratio of caregivers to residents. We believe that a family-like, homey environment is best for residents with cognitive impairments, as it provides a natural atmosphere for residents to feel comfort with people they know and remember — people that love them and take diligent efforts to ensure their welfare.

Our staff is thoroughly vetted, trained, and on site 24/7 to provide care services. We assist residents with all activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, eating, transferring, incontinence care, medication administration, and more.

We train our staff to learn the unique needs of each resident and adopt plans that continuously meet changing needs, as they arise. Companionship, quality, and understanding is vital to everything we do. As we maintain relationships within our home, we take on a conscious heart to accommodate every resident like a member of our own family.

Living Arrangements

Premier Care currently has two different adult homes — Premier Care Everett and Premier Care Lynnwood — which accommodate the different levels of care needed for residents.

We offer private and semi-private units, with the option of live-in staff that are always available to assist residents throughout the day, as needed. All of our homes feature lovely common areas, a fully furnished kitchen, and front and back yard where residents can always enjoy the outdoors.

Care Types Offered

Premier Care Living AFH is an adult family home, which in the state of Washington refers to a facility that provides assistance with daily activities, health support services, and intermittent nursing services for two to six residents. Health support services include dementia care and mental health care.
